“Ahimsa”: Do No Harm
At Ananda Space, we honor Ahimsa, the first and most essential principle of Yogic philosophy. It invites us to arrive on the mat—and into the space—with the intention to turn inward, grow, learn, and share, all while holding a mindset of non-harming.
It begins with our thoughts, words, actions, and daily choices.
We all start somewhere—what matters most is the willingness to begin and the openness to grow.
Reservation Policy
At Ananda Space, you can join classes with a drop-in option or purchase a 5 or 10-class pass. To reserve your spot, please contact Ananda Space on WhatsApp in advance to book your mat.
Medical Concerns
Your health and well-being are your responsibility. Ananda Yoga Space is not liable for any injuries that may occur during classes or workshops if safety guidelines or teacher instructions are not followed.
Please listen to your body—if something doesn’t feel right, gently exit the pose, ask for a modification, or simply rest and take in the energy of the space.
Let your ego take a pause, and allow your inner teacher to guide your practice with awareness and care.
