Mindful Tips
Arrive on time to allow yourself a moment to settle on your mat and be fully present—both physically and mentally.
Stay hydrated before class to support your body throughout the practice.
Avoid heavy meals at least two hours before any yoga class—and ideally four hours before Yin Yoga, as the body needs space to fully relax.
You're encouraged to bring your own mat, though Ananda Yoga Space provides all other props you may need.
Let us know if you have any specific needs to help make your yoga practice more accessible and enjoyable.
Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing so you can move freely and mindfully.
Bring an extra layer or light jacket, especially for Yin classes—body temperature naturally cools as you enter deeper states of relaxation.
