Mindful Tips

  • Arrive on time to allow yourself a moment to settle on your mat and be fully present—both physically and mentally.

  • Stay hydrated before class to support your body throughout the practice.

  • Avoid heavy meals at least two hours before any yoga class—and ideally four hours before Yin Yoga, as the body needs space to fully relax.

  • You're encouraged to bring your own mat, though Ananda Yoga Space provides all other props you may need.

  • Let us know if you have any specific needs to help make your yoga practice more accessible and enjoyable.

  • Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing so you can move freely and mindfully.

  • Bring an extra layer or light jacket, especially for Yin classes—body temperature naturally cools as you enter deeper states of relaxation.
