Class Descriptions

  • This 60-minute class explores a variety of Hatha Yoga poses (asanas), thoughtfully adapted to the group’s level, energy, and overall fitness. Each session is guided with care and flexibility to meet students where they are—offering both challenge and support.

Depending on the day and group, classes may follow different themed flows, such as:

    • Sunrise Flow – A refreshing start to the day with focused breathwork (Pranayama) and full-body stretching.

    • Strong Flow – A dynamic sequence with variations of sun salutations and core-strengthening work.

    • Balance Inside Out – A grounding practice centered on standing and arm balances to cultivate physical and mental stability.

    • Sunset Flow – A gentle, mindful evening practice that helps release tension and prepare the body for deep, restful sleep.

This class is suitable for all levels and offers something unique each time—whether you're seeking energy, strength, or calm.

  • Yogic Sleep (Yoga Nidra) is a deeply restorative practice that guides the body and mind into a state of calm awareness. While lying comfortably on your back, you’ll be gently led through a conscious body scan, helping you ground in the present moment and release layers of physical and mental tension.

  • This ancient technique helps release tension from the eye muscles, which often builds up due to stress or prolonged screen time on phones and laptops. It involves a series of exercises performed in a specific sequence to enhance visual focus and clarity, while also easing mental tension—since the eye muscles are closely connected to many nerves in the brain.

  • Yin Yoga is a juicy, deep, and quiet practice designed to balance the more active, “yang” styles of yoga. Unlike dynamic flows that generate heat in the body, Yin is a cool, grounding practice that invites stillness and introspection.

Using props to support the body, poses are held for longer periods with gentle, sustained pressure—allowing stress to shift away from the muscles and into the connective tissues, like fascia and ligaments. As Bernie Clark says, “Yin Yoga is yoga for the joints, not the muscles.”

This class offers a space to slow down, soften, and nourish your body on a deeper level. Perfect for all levels, and especially supportive for those seeking balance, restoration, or a meditative complement to more vigorous practices.
